| Abstract | This work presents results for the magnetic field emitted from silicon integrated inductors suitable for use in high switching frequency (tens of MHz), low power dc-dc converters. Inductors presented in this work were simulated with use of Ansoft Maxwell. The work focuses on the fields emitted from racetrack magnetic core inductors but also presents comparison with solenoidal magnetic core and air-core spiral inductors. |
